Escalate discrepancies or unclear steps rather than making assumptions or changes
Report build issues, conflicts, or missing documentation immediately
Execute monthly Cyber Maintenance Checklist tickets for CMMC-scoped tenants
Review tenant configurations for alignment with documented baselines
Document findings clearly and consistently for audit and assessment purposes
Open remediation tickets when deviations are identified
Maintain clear, complete, and accurate ticket documentation
Treat all documentation as potential assessment evidence
Avoid undocumented changes or undocumented work under all circumstances
Follow naming conventions, templates, and evidence storage standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

IT Certifications (such as CompTIA SecurityX/CASP+, CompTIA PenTest+ or CompTIA Security+)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Strong interest in compliance, security, and regulated IT environments
Comfortable working in structured, checklist-driven workflows
