About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research and build awareness of specific industry needs for Axis products and associated technologies
Deliver in-person and remote courses, webinars, and trainings
Maintain the training center and equipment
Continuously update training materials
Perform needs analysis for course development
Conduct customer evaluations
Serve as Axis diplomat on training and new product initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned
Travel nationally and internationally on short notice

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years experience in technical training or education
IP technical background
Great public speaker
Ability to change directions in the classroom setting as needed
Strong presentation skills
Self-motivated standout colleague
Excellent relationship management skills
Resourceful and flexible
Professional etiquette
Well-developed social and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to travel both nationally and internationally on short notice
Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
