About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build integrations and technical infrastructure connecting customers to distributed energy devices
  • Orchestrate distributed energy devices and enable participation in electricity markets
  • Understand the domain, platform, and customers’ technical challenges
  • Build and maintain integrations with customer systems, distributed energy devices, and third-party platforms
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support customer implementations
  • Design scalable solutions
  • Steer customers toward direct launch plans and improved user experiences
  • Collaborate with Product to turn customer feedback into product improvements
  • Own the quality and impact of delivered products
  • Manage time and adapt to changing scope and deadlines
  • Participate in initial, remote pair-programming, and final in-person interviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience or ability to work across core software engineering, customer implementation, and solution design
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and build integrations
  • Ability to solve complex technical challenges
  • Ability to work closely with customers and market operators
  • Ability to collaborate with Product to deliver scalable engineering solutions
  • Python and React knowledge
  • Docker experience
  • GCP experience
  • Willingness to use and explore AI tools and reconsider workflows regularly
  • Ability to spend 2–3 days per week in the London office
  • UK work authorization or visa sponsorship requirements must be addressed
