About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
- Proactively contact prospective candidates, establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in sales or staffing will also be considered
- Passion for creating great experiences for travel healthcare professionals

- Enthusiasm for working in a recruiting organization that recognizes talent
- Ability to work hybrid, on-site in the San Diego office at least 3 days per week
