About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the post-sale experience and long-term outcomes for Ayble's employer, health plan, and channel partner relationships
- Drive retention, expansion, advocacy, and net revenue retention across the full book of business
- Build and scale the Client and Partner Success function, including team, playbooks, systems, and relationships
- Serve as executive face of Ayble to strategic accounts, including CHROs, VP Benefits, CMOs, and medical directors
- Build, lead, and mentor Client Success Managers and Partner Success Managers
- Define team structure, hiring roadmap, and career development paths
- Own renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and forecasting against quarterly and annual targets
- Own client satisfaction and develop a tiered service model
- Drive member engagement and clinical outcomes with clinical and data teams
- Translate program performance into client narratives and ROI cases
- Oversee QBRs and EBRs with employer and health plan clients
- Lead relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, benefits navigation platforms, and health plan partners
- Build scalable partner enablement programs
- Synthesize client and partner feedback to influence product roadmap and clinical program design
- Partner with Sales on handoffs, new business positioning, and expansion into new segments
- Build and maintain Salesforce CS infrastructure, including playbooks, health scoring, renewal forecasting, metrics, and operating rhythms
- Report directly to the CCO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client services
- At least 5 years of experience in digital health, employer benefits, or healthcare SaaS
- Demonstrated track record of owning and growing a B2B book of business
- Experience operating a book of $100M+ ARR with executive accountability for P&L impact
- Experience building and scaling a CS team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Deep familiarity with the employer benefits and/or health plan ecosystem
- Experience managing channel partner relationships and building scalable partner enablement programs
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
- Data fluency, including utilization reports, clinical outcomes data, and ROI models
- Preferred: experience in digestive health or chronic condition management
- Preferred: experience managing health plan channel relationships, including ASO and fully-insured models
- Preferred: experience building CS infrastructure from an early or growth stage
- Preferred: 2+ years at a venture-backed, high-growth digital health or benefits technology company
- Ability to work hybrid in Chicago or Boston and travel approximately 20–30%
