Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles within the Lubricant and Metalworking Fluid markets
  • Proven experience managing strategic or national accounts within distribution, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, consumer products, or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver profitable business growth
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer and business objectives, up to 50%
