About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the CRM Analytics team at AZV headquarters in Barueri, São Paulo
  • Define and disseminate standards, architectures, best practices, and technical guidelines to ensure the scalability, quality, and reliability of data products
  • Define and evolve standards, frameworks, and best practices for the development, documentation, governance, quality, monitoring, and observability of data solutions
  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and reuse components
  • Serve as the area’s primary technical reference, supporting the team with complex challenges, technical reviews, and architectural decisions
  • Explore new technologies, methodologies, and tools within the data ecosystem, assessing their applicability and adoption strategies
  • Ensure that solutions align with data governance, security, privacy, quality, and responsible data use guidelines
  • Collaborate with business, CRM, product, and technology teams to translate strategic needs into scalable and sustainable data solutions
  • Track data product quality, availability, efficiency, and impact metrics, promoting continuous improvement
  • Contribute to initiatives that impact millions of customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience with advanced SQL
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and modern analytics architectures
  • Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality practices
  • Knowledge of Brazil’s LGPD, data privacy, security, and compliance
  • Experience with version control, CI/CD, and data engineering best practices
  • A track record of technical leadership or serving as a technical reference within data teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with pipeline orchestration and automation tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and MLOps is a plus
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and data streaming is a plus
  • Experience at large companies or in high-volume data and customer environments is a plus
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, or Loyalty is a plus
