About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Azul Channel Team day to day in partnership with the VP of Global Channel Sales
  • Own and manage the Channel Partner Program
  • Administer partner rebates, referral fees, and Market Development Funds programs, including payment tracking and processing
  • Coordinate Azul resources to maximize partner engagement
  • Manage the Partner Relationship Management platform, partner portal, and vendor relationship
  • Manage partner data in Salesforce.com, including deal registration processes and channel reporting/dashboards
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on partner sales and ecosystem performance
  • Manage partner onboarding and compliance
  • Develop and maintain partner training content and manage certification data and compliance reporting
  • Administer the partner-facing content platform, including deal registration guides, price books, program terms, and communications
  • Manage partner contracting using an e-signature/contract lifecycle tool
  • Own the partner support ticketing queue, triaging and resolving partner issues
  • Support Alliance/Marketplace operations such as AWS and GCP listing maintenance and cross-team syncs
  • Partner with Channel Sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to improve the Partner Program, monitor compliance, and design incentive/rebate programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or Channel Management
  • Experience supporting multiple organizational and partner/distribution levels
  • Experience managing partner programs
  • Experience administering a PRM/partner portal platform (e.g. Impartner), Salesforce.com, and a contract/e-signature tool (e.g. DocuSign)
  • Experience with partner enablement or sales content platforms (e.g. Highspot)
  • Ideally, experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Qlik) and commission/incentive platforms (e.g. CaptivateIQ)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail- and process-oriented
  • Self-starter able to lead channel initiatives and work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise good judgment in resolving difficult issues
  • Ability to coordinate cross-department resources to execute complex sales strategies and drive partner growth
  • Employment eligibility verification required for newly hired US employees
  • Reference and background checks required
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred, not required
