About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and test Claude skills (SKILL.md) for IT and Security workflows
Assist in scoping, building, and iterating on AI agents that automate repetitive IT and Security tasks
Configure and validate MCP connector integrations including Slack, Atlassian, Asana, M365, and Salesforce within Claude
Support Security Operations through log review, alert triage, and incident documentation across Okta, Microsoft Purview, and Defender
Assist with hardware procurement tracking, onboarding/offboarding tasks, Jamf device management, and SaaS access requests
Create and maintain internal documentation for AI tools, security procedures, and IT runbooks in Confluence
Contribute to key IT and Security projects under the direction of the VP of IT and Security

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program majoring in Engineering, Information Technology, Physics or appropriate degree
Minimum overall GPA of 3.4
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Able to effectively manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
