About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the commercial management of the online store and how the assortment is presented and converted
- Analyse sales and funnel data to determine product visibility by market based on stock cover, demand, margin and range position
- Own the homepage, navigation, category structure, product placement and sort order across collection pages by region
- Manage add-ons, recommendations and cross-sell placement across the funnel
- Own the on-site funnel from entry to add-to-cart; identify and diagnose drop-off and implement fixes
- Brief and prioritise new store features, modules, filters and funnel changes with product and technology teams
- Understand product profitability, including margin, refund and return rates, across markets
- Align stock and product visibility with forecasts and flag risks early
- Coordinate store and CRM campaigns with the promotional calendar
- Report weekly on store, category and product performance to the Revenue team
- Own on-site search performance, including search intent, zero-result and low-click queries, autocomplete, synonyms and ranking rules
- Convert search demand into merchandising and assortment decisions
- Own Google Shopping product data and feed quality across markets
- Coordinate new product introductions, colour drops and seasonal ranges
- Review product detail pages before launch for content, imagery, pricing and configuration
- Retire or de-prioritise underperforming products and maintain a clean catalogue
- Keep stock, pricing and visibility consistent across markets
- Log weekly changes and measure their impact
- Run and interpret A/B tests on the store
- Conduct continuous competitor research across funnels, merchandising, offers, search and feeds
- Use AI tools daily to analyse data, generate and optimise content, automate reporting and increase efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years in e-commerce merchandising, online category management or commercial product management for a retail or DTC brand
- Excel with data; build your own weekly view, read your own numbers and justify decisions with them
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions, including the interaction between stock and visibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable owning outcomes rather than executing a task list
- Genuinely curious about AI and already using it to do your work better
- Based in or working to Central European Time (CET), with your day overlapping the team's
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Nice to have: background at a large fashion or apparel retailer, or at a scaled DTC brand
- Nice to have: experience with on-site search tools, merchandising rules and A/B testing
- Nice to have: experience with Google Shopping feeds and e-commerce SEO
- Nice to have: familiarity with analytics tooling
