About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and actively develop existing partner relationships
  • Conduct product training and on-site sales activities
  • Identify and leverage market and growth opportunities within the sales territory
  • Plan and attend trade fairs, customer events, and industry events
  • Independently manage revenue and budget responsibility
  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
  • Actively develop the sales territory, focusing on distribution, electrical wholesalers, and electrical contractors
  • Develop new business opportunities and sustainable revenue streams with sales partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in distribution, trade, or electrical wholesale
  • Technical understanding and industry experience in electrical engineering, industrial, or skilled-trades environments
  • Strong sales orientation and enthusiasm for identifying and successfully developing new opportunities
  • Proven closing ability and the ability to inspire customers with solutions for the long term
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to take responsibility for the market, revenue, and customer success
  • Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills, a confident presence, and strong negotiation skills
  • Class B driver's license
  • Regional role covering Bavaria
  • Approximately 3–4 days per week with customers and 1–2 days working from home
