About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and expand the existing network while actively acquiring new customers
  • Acquire projects and successfully close deals
  • Present workspace solutions to partners, architects, and end customers
  • Conduct product training sessions
  • Participate in regional events and trade fairs
  • Independently plan the week, appointments, and market strategy
  • Analyze the market and monitor competitors
  • Provide active input on products and pricing
  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
  • Expand the workspace business in the Berlin, Dresden, and Leipzig region
  • Unlock new market potential and develop sustainable business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in project sales and/or complex B2B sales structures is essential
  • Experience in the workspace sector, including furniture, interior design, office environments, and collaboration with architects and planners
  • Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and business development
  • Based in Berlin or the surrounding area
  • Class B driver's license
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM systems is an advantage
  • Strong sales skills and technical understanding
  • Initiative, perseverance, a consistent customer focus, and persuasive communication skills
