About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in organizing external events from A to Z, including planning, briefing, logistics, budget tracking, and execution
- Support run tasks, sourcing, and project troubleshooting
- Contribute to post-event reports, wrap-ups, and learnings
- Help produce brand content and goodies in-house with limited resources
- Handle shipping logistics, coordination, and production tasks
- Support influencers’ events and small PR dinner productions in Paris
- Design and execute creative campaigns and physical activations across online and offline channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must already be enrolled in a work-study program in a French school (contrat d'alternance / d'apprentissage)
- Comfortable working in both French and English, written and spoken
- Team player, curious and adaptable, with a strong sense of initiative
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Passionate about events, branding, and creative culture
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, international environment
- Bonus if you have international experience
- Bonus if you have completed an internship/work-study program in event management or as a production assistant
