About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product strategy for the American market
  • Champion the US market within the global organization
  • Develop an authoritative understanding of US consumers, sellers, and the local refurbished tech ecosystem
  • Shape and sustain a multi-quarter US product vision using competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer insights
  • Identify and validate US-specific growth opportunities from discovery through rollout and iteration
  • Orchestrate alignment across engineering, data, supply, marketing, and operations
  • Turn strategic vision into a prioritized roadmap supported by business cases and trade-offs
  • Drive high-stakes, multi-domain initiatives
  • Promote cross-functional synergy between global roadmaps and US priorities
  • Formulate success metrics and establish performance tracking
  • Establish scalable product frameworks and best practices
  • Report to the Head of Product and maintain a dotted line to the US Director of Marketing
  • Partner with colleagues across EU, UK, and APAC
  • Participate in the US Leadership Group in the NYC office

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder product strategies in consumer tech, marketplace, or e-commerce
  • Deep US market expertise, including understanding of US consumers, the US tech ecosystem, and differences from Europe
  • Experience driving transformational, cross-functional initiatives at a domain level
  • Ability to influence without authority across geographies
  • Rigor in product discovery, precise requirements, and relentless iteration
  • Comfortable working with structural ambiguity
  • Willingness to work from the Union Square office in NYC at least 3 days a week
  • English fluency required
  • Authorization to work in the United States
