Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Must be able to work any shift
  • Must be willing to join Union
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and physical
  • Ability to distinguish colors
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Ability to perform continuous physical activity, including walking, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 100 pounds, and moving objects up to 1,100 pounds with manual equipment
  • Ability to work inside and outside under changing temperatures and weather conditions
  • Ability to work around elevated noise, moving mechanical parts, and potential chemical exposure while wearing protective clothing
