Evaluate and recommend strategic investments, growth opportunities, and market expansion initiatives
Build deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, customers, buyers, and competitive markets
Shape Bamboo Health’s multi-year business strategy and roadmap
Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and AI-driven changes in healthcare
Size market opportunities using TAM/SAM/SOM analysis
Develop business cases covering market potential, customer value, competitive differentiation, financial impact, and risk
Build financial models and projections for bookings, profitability, and investment value
Evaluate product investments and inform roadmap priorities and tradeoffs
Develop recommendations for solution packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, External Affairs, and Engineering
Translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations and materials for leadership, operating meetings, board communications, and customer advisory boards
Monitor market and competitive landscapes and incorporate insights into strategic planning
Lead strategic analyses from initial question through recommendation
Explore AI tools to streamline or enhance functional workflows
Report to the VP of Product Strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare, or in-house strategy roles
Value-based care and behavioral health experience is a plus
Experience developing business cases incorporating value proposition, competitive differentiation, and market dynamics
Quantitative bookings forecasts and profitability projections experience
Business financial fluency and understanding of key business unit financial KPIs
Ability to create succinct executive-level materials for investments and strategy communications
Strong desire and willingness to learn
Ability to tackle novel problems with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Ability to work productively with and drive alignment and consensus among internal stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience driving projects from start-to-finish with predictable cadence and multiple stakeholders across disciplines
Ability to influence executive-level decision makers through data-driven recommendations and strategic storytelling
Passion for improving healthcare outcomes
Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environments
Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with high-quality virtual interactions and minimal distractions
Ability to travel periodically for work
