About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support, coordinate, and execute strategic activities for support-designated program accounts
  • Perform customer support and retention activities
  • Maintain and regularly update customer program details and deliverables
  • Perform sales activities and follow-ups, including product loads
  • Manage samples, including ordering client approval and delivery to photography
  • Provide merchandising and sourcing support
  • Conduct weekly Negative Available-to-Promise (ATP) reviews
  • Interact with Purchasing and Production to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Evaluate information and customer feedback to determine feasibility of adding or eliminating products
  • Interact regularly with outside contacts and conduct site appointments in support of national efforts
  • Assist in planning and executing program awareness activities
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0–1+ years of experience
  • Previous Sales or Marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with various department levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Excel proficiency
