About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate on the development of screens, wireframes, and functional prototypes for web platforms and mobile applications
- Assist with documenting navigation flows and usage scenarios, identifying opportunities to simplify the user journey
- Support the organization, documentation, and maintenance of shared component, icon, and visual pattern libraries for the ABC Design System, including Design Tokens and the UI kit
- Attend meetings with business and product teams to understand how functional requirements are translated into visual and interaction solutions
- Participate in routines with Software Engineering teams, following the technical implementation of interfaces and visual quality assurance (Design QA)
- Support the preparation of presentations, documentation, and visual rationales for alignment meetings and stakeholder reviews
- Assist with usability reviews and testing, helping to iterate on solutions based on collected feedback
- Contribute to the evolution of strategic digital financial platforms for web and mobile, as well as corporate systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree or technical qualification in Design (Graphic, Digital, Product, or Interaction Design), Computer Science, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of or familiarity with design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma
- Microsoft Office / Productivity Tools: basic knowledge for organizing files, preparing presentations, and internal communication
- Investigative curiosity, strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to learn
- Portfolio or academic portfolio featuring conceptual case studies, university projects, or practical UI/UX exercises (preferred)
- Conceptual knowledge of Design Systems, including components, variants, typography, and responsive grids (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of usability, digital accessibility, and information architecture (preferred)
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and generative AI, such as FigJam, Notion, Miro, and Gemini (preferred)
