About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take a consultative approach to selling transactional products, including Payments, Collections, Receivables, PIX, and short-term investments
- Conduct on-site and remote visits to analyze corporate clients’ cash flows, identify operational pain points, and design solutions
- Partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities within the existing client base and among prospects
- Position Cash Management products as an entry point for establishing new relationships
- Analyze transaction volumes, develop competitive proposals, and structure operational pricing
- Ensure healthy contribution margins and increase share of wallet
- Manage the new sales pipeline and oversee onboarding in partnership with IT and Technical Support teams
- Ensure the certification and approval of files and interfaces, such as CNAB and APIs, and the proper ramp-up of transaction revenues
- Monitor the active portfolio monthly to ensure the collection of contracted fees and maintenance of float volume
- Take preventive action in the event of revenue or transaction-volume declines
- Gather market and client feedback to recommend operational system improvements and new functionalities in partnership with Product Development teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field
- Active ANBIMA CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of payment and collection solutions for corporate clients, including bank slips, PIX, QR codes, APIs, CNAB 240/400 standards, and corporate cash-flow management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for financial scenario modeling
- PowerPoint skills for creating structured commercial presentations
- Knowledge of AI tools
- Previous sales experience supporting corporate banking platforms at commercial banks, in business advisory, or in Cash Management product and operations teams
- Hunter-oriented sales profile
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams, including Technology, Product, Back Office, and Sales
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple implementation pipelines
