About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assign, monitor and fulfill IT service requests in the service management system
Provide first-level technical support for computer break/fix issues and requests via telephone, chat and self-service portal
Lead workflow of customer service requests and provide user-level support for assigned IT activities
Coordinate resources and communicate with customers throughout the service lifecycle
Liaise between facility staff, information technology, support services and vendor partners
Support IT and facility-driven projects and participate in routine meetings
Prioritize and schedule daily service requests and document end-user request actions
Create vendor quotes, transition quotes to purchase requisitions, obtain approvals and track orders
Manage procurement of IT services and products, asset management, order management and stock management
Conduct needs assessments and recommend software and hardware solutions
Act as technical lead and escalation point for IT Service Delivery issues
Coordinate and manage IT Service Delivery functions across assigned facilities, clinics or service lines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree or two years of relevant experience
Strong work ethic and initiative to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational, customer service, communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of staff and management
Knowledge of desktop and mobile devices and network connectivity
Knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 applications
Ability to work variable shifts and hours and carry/respond to a pager as required
Must live in AZ, CA, CO, NE, NV, or WY for the remote position
Completion of post-offer occupational health physical assessment, drug screen and background check
