About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support project initiation, including drafting documentation and identifying equipment requirements
  • Help draft planning documents, enter project schedules, and update project websites
  • Assist with project meeting preparation and execution
  • Draft agendas, minutes, and presentation materials
  • Facilitate sub-team meetings
  • Create communication materials and update documentation and websites
  • Draft change requests, follow up on open issues and risks, and track task status
  • Help complete project closure tasks, including lessons learned, issue transition, and document management
  • Maintain project databases for equipment, issues, schedules, and requests
  • Maintain standard project management tool documentation
  • Support projects across multiple departments and interact with staff and management at all levels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree level of knowledge in a related field or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and healthcare experience
  • Communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels
  • Ability to manage multiple commitments, priorities and conflicts
  • Additional related education and/or experience preferred
  • Research-related coursework or certifications welcomed, such as Clinical Research Coordinator or research administration fundamentals
  • Process improvement training welcomed, including Lean, Six Sigma, Smartsheet PM certification, or quality improvement methodologies
