About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research relevant talent management topics
- Develop learning materials across three distinct modalities
- Deliver new content on a monthly cadence
- Collaborate with HR partners and internal stakeholders
- Draft communications and track program metrics
- Support two leadership development programs
- Coordinate participants and support live sessions
- Manage program communications
- Facilitate learning content occasionally
- Assess and analyze organizational problems using needs assessments, data analysis, benchmarking, and evidence-based best practices
- Develop and maintain program standard operating procedures, tools, and resources
- Organize logistical and technical needs for in-person and virtual learning venues and events
- Create and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, status reports, and action items
- Anticipate, escalate, and help solve issues
- Assist with change management and communication strategies
- Create feedback mechanisms to assess program effectiveness
- Create and execute communication plans and templates
- Respond to team member questions
- Present program status and initiative progress to leadership and oversight teams
- Implement classroom management to support organization, psychological safety, and active participation
- Collaborate across the organization to support an inclusive culture and cohesive products
- Develop participant, facilitator, and discussion guides, PowerPoints, job aids, FAQs, videos, eLearning courses, and self-paced development materials aligned with Banner branding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, human resources, or related field
- Two years of progressively increasing responsibility in learning and development, human resources, or related fields
- Knowledge of talent management principles, business, learning and development, or human resources
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with critical thinking skills
- Good judgment and sensitivity to team member needs while balancing company goals
- Strong personal computer skills, including extensive experience with office desktop applications
- Phoenix metro area residency required
- Occasional in-person facilitation support in the Valley required
- Preferred: experience in people leadership
- Preferred: knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership development models, facilitation skills, talent planning, and workforce pathing
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred
