About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate execution of the marketing calendar across content, promotions, email and paid campaigns
  • Support the Senior Brand Marketing Manager with campaign logistics, creative briefs and cross-functional coordination
  • Manage marketing team administration, vendor communication, invoice and payment tracking, and asset organization
  • Implement content strategies across social media platforms and owned channels
  • Liaise with restaurant teams on digital and physical operations requests
  • Pull data and format decks and summaries for internal and board updates
  • Support gift card, promotional and event programs
  • Maintain the brand asset library and help ensure consistent brand guideline use
  • Support Group Dining & Events initiatives with collateral requests and database maintenance
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • One to two years of marketing, project coordination or related experience, ideally in hospitality, retail or consumer brands
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets
  • Exposure to email platforms, social scheduling tools or project management software is a plus
  • Clear written communication and collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Genuine interest in hospitality and the restaurant industry
