Requirements

What you’ll need

Five years of similar or related experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience
Familiarity with property management and maintenance procedures
Understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness
Ability to analyze business financial statements and assess the viability of businesses
Comprehensive background check
