About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver superior member service throughout the lending process
- Manage deposit services, including account opening, closure, and maintenance
- Process loans
- Conduct loan interviews
- Prepare applications for credit approval
- Assist members electronically and in person
- Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
- Enhance member relationships and loyalty
- Resolve member issues and inquiries effectively and professionally
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union
- Knowledge of loan processing functions, requirements, and procedures
- Previous experience with a full-service financial institution is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems

- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and online skill assessment prior to an offer of employment
