Key responsibilities & impact

Provide a variety of essential financial services as a bank teller
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, and cash advances accurately and efficiently
Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals to maintain accuracy and compliance
Perform assigned side-jobs
Assist other tellers as needed to ensure seamless operations
Provide prompt, professional service that enhances members’ banking experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union
General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Willingness to learn new software/systems
