About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome members and assist with everyday banking needs
- Process deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently
- Assist with loan payments
- Issue cashier’s checks
- Balance daily transactions
- Support teammates and perform a variety of branch tasks
- Help open and close accounts as needed
- Update member information
- Provide account support
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union
- General knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems

- Comprehensive background check required as part of the hiring process
- Drug screening required as part of the hiring process
- Online skill assessment required prior to extending any offer of employment
