About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary point of contact for named enterprise customers throughout the post-sale lifecycle
- Manage accounts against business outcomes, maximize customer ROI, and identify account growth opportunities
- Lead customer-side pilot-to-rollout programs across large grower networks in the US and Canada
- Define pilot success, prioritize customer-impacting milestones, and partner with Sales to drive adoption and expansion
- Train operations staff on hardware, the BarnTalk mobile app, and web portal, virtually or onsite
- Own grower-side training plans and communications and coordinate delivery with grower onboarding teams
- Drive product adoption by tracking alert configuration, call trees, and app usage and intervening when needed
- Teach customers the Gateway, BinTalk Pro, tandem bins, feed alerts, alarm configuration, and account structures including Additional Gateway Owner setup
- Deliver executive-level business reviews using customer-specific metrics
- Provide continuous feedback to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering and participate in testing and customer engagement for new functionality
- Maintain HubSpot records and publish standardized internal call summaries
- Contribute to the Help Center and internal knowledge base
- Improve Enterprise Customer Success playbooks, templates, and operating standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Solution Engineering, or an equivalent role
- Strong communication, consulting, influencing, project management, and relationship-building skills
- Direct experience owning enterprise or strategic accounts with multiple stakeholder types
- Ability to run structured implementation or rollout programs to a deadline while coordinating groups not directly managed
- Proven communication and presentation skills, including consultative recommendations to executives and management teams
- Ability to understand complex problems and explain their source simply
- Technical savvy with connectivity, sensors, alerting logic, and integrations
- Self-starter able to manage time and competing priorities independently
- Comfortable in a remote environment with stable internet and a quiet workspace
- Preferred agriculture background, especially swine or poultry production, or willingness to learn the industry deeply
- Biosecurity awareness is a plus
- Experience with hardware plus SaaS products
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Asana, Granola, Guru, and modern customer-success tooling
- Certifications in Customer Success and/or Project Management preferred
- Experience with enterprise integrations or data exchange between platforms preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, with preference for Agriculture, Business, or MIS
