About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate business needs, customer feedback, and marketing goals into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Draft, maintain, and triage technical tickets in Jira/Asana with reproduction steps, technical context, and screenshots
  • Own UAT for feature releases, system enhancements, and bug fixes across digital platforms
  • Collaborate with external QA resources on manual and automated testing
  • Triage bugs, track resolution timelines, and verify deployments
  • Implement seasonal campaign takeovers, landing pages, promotions, pricing logic, promo triggers, and tracking links
  • Manage online workout videos, collections, instructors, metadata, tags, and publication dates
  • Coordinate studio website publication, updates, studio data, and integrations
  • Audit website and mobile-app user journeys, navigation, CTAs, checkout flows, and membership sign-ups
  • Manage the Intercom customer support inbox, troubleshoot issues, respond to feedback, and route questions
  • Create and maintain process and configuration documentation
  • Create engagement reports using Mixpanel, Excel, or other tools
  • Understand third-party digital integrations and data flows
  • Manage event taxonomy and validate event and property tracking
  • Support client segmentation with tested logic and validation
  • Analyze customer feedback, support trends, and error logs to recommend platform enhancements and operational efficiencies
  • Report to the Sr. Manager of Digital Experience and Technology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Digital Product Coordinator in a marketing technology, e-commerce, or digital subscription environment
  • Direct experience with Jira, Asana, Airtable, Content Management Systems, Intercom, Segment, and Mixpanel
  • Proven experience writing user stories, executing UAT protocols, interfacing with customers, and collaborating across marketing, operations, and engineering teams
  • Familiarity with subscription models, franchise ecosystems, or health and wellness platforms is a plus
  • Experience with Iterable is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Disciplined backlog, documentation, and testing workflow management
  • Proactive problem-solving and task completion
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet hard deadlines
  • Must be available during 8–5pm in own time zone, with occasional availability for other time zones
  • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
