About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive annual operating budgets, monthly dynamic forecasts, and long-range financial plans across all business lines
  • Own monthly financial reporting packages and executive variance commentary across revenue, COGS, and OpEx
  • Build and refine driver-based revenue and operational forecast models
  • Analyze P&L trends to identify profitability drivers and cost-saving opportunities
  • Administer and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning, including architecture, integrations, and reporting templates
  • Partner with Accounting and HR on month-end close validation, headcount tracking, and payroll forecast updates
  • Monitor and report operational KPIs including customer lifetime value, retention, studio attendance, and customer acquisition
  • Identify leading indicators and predictive insights for proactive decision-making
  • Support the design, development, and deployment of interactive Tableau dashboards
  • Serve as the financial and analytical liaison to Operations, Marketing, Digital, and Retail teams
  • Use SQL, Snowflake, and emerging AI tools to automate reporting and improve analytical workflows
  • Ensure timely financial reporting and maintain forecast model integrity and precision
  • Perform data quality control and logic audits across databases, KPI queries, and reporting layers
  • Deliver quarterly strategic deep-dive case studies producing documented strategic pivots or cost-saving initiatives
  • Maintain a 3-day turnaround SLA for high-priority ad-hoc financial analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Financial Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • Proven expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining interactive, executive-ready dashboards in Tableau
  • Hands-on experience querying large datasets using SQL
  • Experience working within cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Direct experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar enterprise FP&A software such as Vena or Anaplan is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity or experience leveraging modern analytics tools and AI workflows
  • Strong data validation habits and attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence presenting complex financial concepts to executive leadership and non-financial partners
  • Exceptional quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
