About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source candidates for production, assembly, machining, welding, maintenance, and other manufacturing roles
  • Build active talent pipelines across multiple sites and regions
  • Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, text, social media, and recruiting platforms
  • Screen candidates and assess qualifications, availability, and interest
  • Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate records and sourcing activity within the ATS
  • Support hiring campaigns, workforce initiatives, and recruiting events as needed
  • Develop talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and connect with production employees, skilled trades professionals, and other manufacturing talent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience sourcing or recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, industrial, or skilled trades positions
  • Strong candidate sourcing and outreach skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience using recruiting technology, job boards, and sourcing platforms
  • Familiarity with Midwest labor markets and manufacturing talent communities strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations is a plus
  • Applicants may be subject to pre-employment screening, including drug screening, reference checks, employment verifications, background screening and/or skills assessments
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA, as indicated by the use of E-Verify
