Work directly with the CEO and CTO to build and design software infrastructure for telehealth
Lead frontend migrations, performance work, and production AI builds
Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept through production
Work across the stack from interface through API to database
Use Cursor and Claude Code as part of AI-first development workflows
Prototype and validate quickly with real patients and care teams
Build scalable, reusable, well-architected patterns
Build transparent and trustworthy AI and automation systems for patients and providers
Champion performance, accessibility, and reliability
Document and share AI-native prompts, patterns, and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience
React
TypeScript
Next.js
Tailwind
JavaScript
tRPC
Drizzle ORM
SQL
Node
SST
Full-stack product development experience
Experience taking a product from 0 to 1
Ability to work independently and own entire projects or large areas of the codebase
Strong experience building paid products and services is preferred
React Native or Expo experience is a plus
Strong communication skills to articulate technical problems, constraints, and timelines
Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
