Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with the CEO and CTO to build and design software infrastructure serving as the backbone of telehealth
Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept through production
Write elegant, well-tested code
Work across the stack from interface through API to database
Use Cursor and Claude Code as part of AI-first development workflows
Prototype quickly and validate products with real patients and care teams
Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns
Build transparent, reliable, and trustworthy AI and automation systems
Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability
Debug and optimize systems collaboratively
Document effective AI prompts, patterns, and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience
Full-stack generalist experience taking a product from 0-1
Knowledge or experience with SST
Knowledge or experience with Drizzle
Knowledge or experience with Node
Knowledge or experience with AWS Services, including SQS, EventBridge, and Lambda
Knowledge or experience with SQL Databases
Knowledge or experience with problem solving
Knowledge or experience with database schema design
Ability to work independently and own entire projects or large areas of the code base
Strong experience in building paid products and services is preferred
Strong communication skills, including articulating technical problems, constraints, and timelines
Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
