Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept through production

Work across the stack from interface through API to database
Use Cursor and Claude Code as part of an AI-first development workflow
Prototype and validate quickly with real patients and care teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ Years of experience
Highly skilled in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and JavaScript
Backend skills in tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node, and SST
Ability to work independently and own entire projects or large areas of the codebase
Strong experience building paid products and services preferred
React Native or Expo experience is a plus
Strong communication skills to articulate technical problems, constraints, and timelines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
Full-stack generalist who has taken a product from 0 to 1
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves
