About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor real-time dashboards and alerting systems to identify network outages, offline devices, screen failures, and content-rendering issues
- Triage and prioritize alerts based on severity, SLAs, and service impact
- Perform first- and second-line technical diagnostics and corrective actions using logs, diagnostic tools, and remote-access platforms
- Determine root causes and restore service
- Investigate missing, incorrect, or outdated campaign content by validating scheduling, creative status, and programmatic delivery
- Re-sync or republish campaigns to affected devices
- Document actions, findings, and resolutions in the service management system
- Contribute to knowledge articles
- Escalate persistent or high-impact issues to senior engineers, specialists, or on-site operations
- Collaborate with remote support engineers, field teams, technology partners, and internal business teams
- Analyze incident trends and operational data to participate in root cause analysis, automation, and reliability improvements
- Support the operational performance, monitoring, and stability of an IoT network of approximately 15,000 digital screens across the UK and EU
- Contribute to achieving 99% network availability, accurate customer campaigns, and reliable digital-screen operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in NOC operations, technical support, device monitoring, or IoT environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with logs, monitoring dashboards, alerting systems, and remote device-control tools
- Experience working in high pressured environments where rapid incident response and operational continuity are critical
- Ability to work a rotating schedule across UK shifts: 07:00–16:00, 09:00–18:00, and 14:00–23:00
- Occasional flexibility to support major incidents or urgent operational needs
- The role is a 12 month maternity cover fixed-term contract
