About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead customer implementations from sales handoff through installation, testing, go-live, and transition to ongoing support
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, documentation, and progress reporting across multiple concurrent projects
Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
Coordinate activities with customer IT teams, nursing stakeholders, and Baxter project teams
Manage approximately 10 customer projects simultaneously, with project values ranging from approximately $50K to $10M
Coordinate cross-functional resources including Project Leads, Clinical Specialists, Engineers, and customer stakeholders
Forecast project revenue and maintain accurate project reporting
Support achievement of assigned annual revenue targets through timely project execution and documentation
Identify project risks, delays, and roadblocks related to construction, IT readiness, installation activities, or customer dependencies
Drive resolution plans
Support implementations of Baxter Connected Care solutions, including nurse call systems and digital health technologies
Ensure successful customer adoption and experience throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of project management experience leading complex projects from initiation through completion
Experience managing external customer projects with responsibility for timelines, deliverables, project documentation, and stakeholder communication
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of project planning, project scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and revenue forecasting
Experience working with cross-functional teams including technical, operational, clinical, or engineering resources
Proficiency utilizing project management tools and systems to track milestones, budgets, project status, and customer deliverables
Bachelor's degree in related field
Ability to travel approximately 25% based on customer project milestones
