About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate revenue within an assigned territory using digital selling techniques
  • Conduct extensive prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity identification using digital tools and CRM functionality
  • Understand customer business issues and demonstrate how Baxter CCS products and services solve them
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives and assigned activities
  • Develop as a subject matter authority, influencer, and trusted advisor for clients
  • Partner with account executives, area vice presidents, clinical consultants, sales engineers, solution architects, services personnel, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management
  • Develop plans and prepare analyses and solutions for new sales pursuits
  • Conduct negotiations to finalize sales
  • Complete administrative responsibilities, including extensive work and updates in Salesforce.com

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred
  • Preferred track record of success in meeting customer needs and corporate sales objectives
  • Preferred B2B sales background
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Ability to develop extensive understanding of the product portfolio within the business unit
  • Experience working with CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
