Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee accounting processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance
Perform month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
Maintain the general ledger for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices
Coordinate with auditors and ensure documentation and financial statements are audit ready
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial roles
CPA designation preferred
Knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prepare and review financial statements
Ability to perform month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries
Ability to analyze financial data
Experience maintaining the general ledger
Ability to coordinate with auditors and prepare audit-ready documentation
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Frequently required to sit

Frequently required to utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
