About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage complex product projects from planning through delivery
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to define goals, deliverables, and timelines
Serve as the central point of contact for project communications
Allocate resources and monitor team performance
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Communicate project status, risks, issues, milestones, timelines, and budget to senior leadership and stakeholders
Improve project management processes and methodologies
Ensure products meet quality standards and business requirements
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing before release
Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and post-launch retrospectives
Stay current with project management and product development best practices and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of project management experience, focused on product development, ideally in a technology or consumer-facing product environment
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives from conception to launch
Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of product development processes and best practices
Ability to manage competing priorities and complete projects on time and within budget
PMP or other relevant certifications preferred
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Experience with SaaS or technology products preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or tech environment preferred
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data-driven decision-making preferred
Experience in change management or product adoption strategies preferred
