About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Search and confirm travel reservations for customers
  • Consult customers based on client travel policies
  • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations
  • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
  • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements
  • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries
  • Communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients
  • Help clients travel smart and achieve more

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive Travel Agent experience (Entertainment experience is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Flexibility regarding work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs
  • Role is full-time in the United States
