About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Search and confirm travel reservations for customers
- Consult customers consistently according to client travel policies
- Fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations
- Provide industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements
- Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries
- Respond to requests from current and prospective clients

Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive Travel Agent experience
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility regarding work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs
- Full-time availability
- United States location/work eligibility indicated
