About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients
Provide high-touch service to key client travelers
Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels
Support specialized customer training programs
Support group air fulfillment
Search and confirm travel reservations
Consult customers regarding client travel policies
Fulfill requests involving DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience as a travel agent
Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
Highly organized and detail oriented
Skilled with Excel and other Microsoft applications
