About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Search and confirm travel reservations for customers
- Understand client travel policies and provide consultation
- Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations
- Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements
- Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries
- Communicate and respond to current and prospective clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Travel agent experience
- International booking process skills
- Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Ability to work in Bangalore, India
