Key responsibilities & impact
  • Search and confirm travel reservations for customers
  • Understand client travel policies and consistently provide customer consultation
  • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations
  • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
  • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements
  • Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Travel agent experience
  • Relevant skills in GDS Sabre
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Flexibility regarding work schedules, including possible day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to work 8a-8p ET shifts based on business need
