About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Search and confirm travel reservations for customers
- Understand client travel policies and consistently provide consultation
- Fulfill requests regarding regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
- Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements
- Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Travel agent experience
- Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Basic visa knowledge
- Ability to travel onsite to Gurugram
