About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-touch service to key client travelers
- Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers
- Provide active travel consultation, travel details, and upsell related products
- Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Search and confirm travel reservations
- Guide customers according to client travel policies
- Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations
- Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in VIP travel
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations
- Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
