About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform high-touch service excellence for key client travelers
Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via phone, email, and other channels
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers
Provide active travel consultation, travel details, and upsell related products
Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
Search and confirm travel reservations
Understand client travel policies and guide and consult customers accordingly
Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations
Apply travel supplier rules
Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in VIP travel
Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
Strong skills in GDS Sabre
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs
