About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-touch service to key client travelers
  • Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers
  • Provide active travel consultation, travel details, and upsell related products
  • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
  • Search and confirm travel reservations
  • Apply client travel policies and consistently provide customer consultation
  • Fulfill requests concerning DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations
  • Apply travel supplier rules
  • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in VIP travel
  • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Strong skills in GDS Sabre
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays for Elite 24 After-Hours
