About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform high-touch service excellence for key client travelers
- Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via phone, email, and other channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers
- Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and upselling related products
- Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Handle voice and email travel requests
- Support VIP travelers across multiple channels while maintaining service standards
- Assist with routine travel reservations and related inquiries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in VIP travel
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility regarding work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs
