About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic development and operational execution of BD Excellence best practices within Medication Delivery Solutions.
Enhance the BD excellence framework, including standardized processes, playbooks, and KPIs.
Lead identification, evaluation, and implementation of tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Deliver training programs and workshops on BD Excellence best practices.
Conduct audits and assessments of BD processes to identify improvements and ensure adherence to standards.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and cross-functional teams to align MDS strategies with company objectives and market opportunities.
Establish and maintain a knowledge management system for best practices across MDS.
Mentor and coach associates to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
Prepare and present MDS BD Excellence performance reports, initiatives, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement, preferably within a lean management system.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful process improvements.
Strong understanding of business operating rigor.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and build high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel as required.
